Step 1. Log into your Gastgeber:in Partnerprogramm Account.

Step 2. From the Dashboard, click on your profile picture and select Integrations.

Step 3. Next, select Connect in the Avantio card.

4. Open Avantio in a new tab by clicking here.

5. Once you are logged in, click on the question mark “?” at the top right of the screen.

6. Click “Raise a Request” to ask Avantio’s Customer Care for a Username and Password. These are for integration purposes only, and different from your personal user login.

7. Once received, navigate back to Turno, and paste your Username and Password in the appropriate fields.

Congratulations! You have now successfully integrated your Avantio account with Turno.

Integrating Turno with Airbnb via API Connectivity

Connecting via API is quick and easy! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you.

Turno is proud to be an official Airbnb Software Partner, providing highly secure and reliable API connectivity between the Turno and Airbnb platforms. API connectivity with Airbnb gives Turno users an intuitive and efficient setup process, enhanced guest and reservation data, and lightning-fast booking updates.

How to Integrate with Airbnb

1. Sign in to Turno.

2. From the Dashboard, click on your profile picture in the upper left corner and select Integrations.

3. Click Connect under Airbnb.

4. Go to Airbnb by clicking Connect Now. You will be taken to the Airbnb website.

5. Choose the correct Airbnb account, if you have multiple.

6. Agree to Airbnb’s Terms and Conditions.

7. Click Allow to grant Turno access.

8. Select properties to link and click Link Listings.

Disclaimer for Co-Hosts

There’s a limitation on the Airbnb API regarding co-host accounts, in which the listings won’t be imported to Turno in case you’re co-hosting them. The listings will only be imported if you integrate with the Airbnb account that owns them.

In case you want to import listings that you’re co-hosting, it’s possible to do so by adding them to your existing properties via iCal! For more information on how to sync your Airbnb calendars via iCal, please refer to this article.

Cleaner Marketplace Demand Up Across United Kingdom

Turno, a pro-tech software platform that connects short-term rental hosts and property managers with professional cleaners in their area, is experiencing a surge in marketplace interest, signups, and service usage across the United Kingdom.

“Month over month, we’re seeing exciting platform adoption across the UK, and we expect this growth to continue in 2023 as we further expand our marketplace of independent vacation rental cleaners, integrate additional software functionality, and offer increasingly robust turnover solutions to hosts and property managers across the United Kingdom,” said Assaf Karmon, Co-founder and CEO of Turno.

While cities like Edinburgh, Belfast, and greater London have all experienced year-over-year spikes in marketplace searches, Karmon noted the company is witnessing particular demand growth in seaside destinations across the UK coastline. In recent months, the number of coastal properties on the Turno platform has grown 124 percent, local cleaner signups have risen 91 percent, and completed projects are up 86 percent.

Whether searching in Bristol, Cornwall, Plymouth, Brighton, or a myriad of other coastal favorites, short-term rental hosts appear to be gearing up for winter travelers looking to cozy up with the amenities of home living. In addition to US travelers who hope to act on favorable transatlantic airline prices, domestic vacationers may also be foregoing the rising costs of traveling west to the US or Caribbean and selecting winter holiday destinations closer to home.

“Increasing consumer demand brings an increasing need for reliable, experienced vacation rental cleaners,” said Karmon. “This critical component to hosting can be time-consuming and overwhelming on property managers.
