Turno created a “COVID-19 Education and Safety Course” for vacation rental cleaners based on CDC and WHO recommendations. The course is required for cleaners on the Turno Marketplace and available for hosts’ existing cleaners.
Hosts’ cleaners are required to complete the course to earn the badge and cleaners are retested as recommendations evolve.

As part of the company’s cleaner management system, hosts can access cleaning and disinfection checklists based on current CDC recommendations. These checklists can be used as-is or mandatory COVID-19 checklist items can be added into existing property-specific checklists.

To verify their work, cleaners are required to complete cleaning and disinfection checklists and upload photo documentation of their work before each guest check-in.
